Tajikistan, September 2005 - "Sound of Hearts" International Folk Music Festival

Along with groups from Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, India, and Germany, OGGI performed at the festival and surrounding area schools.

 

 

 

Part of a cultural exchange program with the U.S. State Dept., OGGI's participation was coordinated by the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe. As part of the program OGGI performed for schools and libraries in Khojand, the second largest city in Tajikistan.
